කුංචනාද ’23 සමස්ත ලංකා අන්තර් පාඨශාලීය මාධ්‍ය දින තරගාවලියේ නීති රීති හා රෙගුලාසි

පොදු උපදෙස්

කුංචනාද ’23 සමස්ත ලංකා අන්තර් පාඨශාලීය මාධ්‍ය දින තරගාවලිය 2023 නොවැම්බර් මස 12 වන ඉරිදා දින පෙරවරු 07.30 සිට පස්වරු 5.00 දක්වා මලියදේව විද්‍යාලයීය පරිශ්‍රයේ දී පැවැත්වේ. මෙම තරගාවලිය පහත වයස් කාණ්ඩ ඔස්සේ පැවැත්වේ.

1. කනිෂ්ඨ අංශය 6,7,8
2. අන්තර් මධ්‍යම අංශය 9,10,11
3. ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ අංශය 12,13
4. විවෘත අංශය 6 ශ්‍රේණියේ සිට 13 ශ්‍රේණිය දක්වා

(මෙවර අ.පො.ස. සා/පෙළ අවසන් කළ සිසුන් ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ අංශය සඳහා තරග කළ යුතු වේ.)

• කුංචනාද ’23 මාධ්‍ය දින තරගාවලිය සඳහා පාසල් ලියාපදිංචි කිරීමේ කටයුතු 2023 ඔක්තෝම්බර් මස 31 වන දින සිට 2023 නොවැම්බර් මස 7 වන දින දක්වා මාර්ගගත ක්‍රමවේදය ඔස්සේ සිදු කරනු ලැබේ. ඒ සඳහා අපගේ නිල වෙබ් අඩවියට පිවිස ඔබගේ පාසල ලියාපදිංචි කළ හැක. (QR කේතය හරහා ද ඔබට අපගේ නිල වෙබ් අඩවිය හා සම්බන්ධ විය හැක.)

• පහත ලියාපදිංචි කිරීම් වලින් අනතුරුව ග්‍රාෆික නිර්මාණය හා කෙටි චිත්‍රපට තරග අංශය සඳහා වූ මාතෘකා සහ තරග නීති රීති පාසල් සම්බන්ධීකාරකවරයා වෙත වට්ස්ඇප් පණිවිඩයක් මඟින් යොමු කරනු ලැබේ.

• තරගාවලියට සහභාගී වන සියලුම තරගකරුවන් 2004.01.31 දිනට පසුව උපන් අය විය යුතුයි. එමෙන්ම ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ අංශය සඳහා සහභාගී වන තරගකරුවන් තම අනන්‍යතාවය තහවුරු කීරීම සඳහා ජාතික හැඳුනුම්පත රැගෙන ඒම අනිවාර්ය වේ.

• තරගකරුවන් ලියාපදිංචි කිරීමේ කටයුතු තරගාවලිය පැවැත්වෙන දින පෙ.ව.7.00 සිට 8.00 දක්වා විද්‍යාල පරිශ්‍රයේ දී සිදු කෙරේ.

• තරගාවලියට පැමිණෙන සියලුම සිසුන් පාසල් නිල ඇඳුමෙන් පැමිණීම අනිවාර්ය වේ.

• එක් තරගකරුවෙකුට සහභාගී විය හැක්කේ එක් තරග අංශයක් සඳහා පමණක් වේ. (කෙටි චිත්‍රපට, කණ්ඩායම් තරග යන තරග අංශ සඳහා මෙම කාරණාව අදාල නොවේ.)

• එක් පාසලක් නියෝජනය කරමින් එක් වයස් කාණ්ඩයකින් එක් තරග අංශයක් සඳහා සහභාගි විය හැක්කේ තරගකරුවන් දෙදෙනෙකුට පමණි.

• මෙම ගොනුව සමඟ අමුණා ඇති ආකෘති පත්‍රය පුරවා රැගෙනවිත් තරගාවලිය පැවැත්වෙන දිනයේ දි සංවිධායක කමිටුව වෙත භාර දීම අනිවාර්ය වේ.

• දිවා ආහාරය තරගකරුවන් විසින් සපයාගත යුතු අතර ආහාර මිලදී ගැනීම සඳහා අවශ්‍ය කටයුතු විද්‍යාල භූමිය තුල සකසා දෙනු ලැබේ. (PIZZA HUT, TACO BELL… වැනි වෙළඳ කුටි එදින ඔබ සඳහා විවෘතව ඇත)

• තරගාවලියට සහභාගී වන තරගකරුවන් තම පාසලේ ගෞරවය ආරක්ෂා වන පරිදි මෙන්ම අප පාසලේ ගෞරවය ආරක්ෂා වන පරිදි ද කටයුතු කිරීම අනිවාර්ය වේ.

• තරගකරුවන් රැගෙන එන සියලුම ආහාර පාර්සල්, දවටන ආදිය විද්‍යාල පරිශ්‍රය තුල වෙන්කර ඇති ස්ථාන වෙත වෙන්කර දැමීමට වග බලා ගත යුතු අතර එසේ නැතිනම් ඒවා තම නිවෙස් කරා රැගෙන යාමට වගබලා ගත යුතුය.

• ඡායාරූපකරණය හා ග්‍රාෆික නිර්මාණකරණය යන තරග අංශයන් සඳහා ඔබගේ නිර්මාණ Google Drive වෙත උඩුගත කර අවශ්‍ය සැකසුම සකසා 2023 නොවැම්බර් මස 15 වන දින මධ්‍යම රාත්‍රීයට පෙර ඔබගේ සම්බන්ධීකාරකවරයා හරහා අප වෙත යොමුකරන්න.

• සියලුම තරග කටයුතු අපක්ෂපාති ප්‍රවීණ විනිශ්චය මණ්ඩලයක අධීක්ෂණය සහ පූර්ණ අනුමැතිය ඔස්සේ සිදුවන අතර විනිශ්චය මණ්ඩලයේ තීරණය අවසාන තීරණය වේ.

• වැඩිදුර තොරතුරු සඳහා පහත සඳහන් දුරකථන අංක හරහා සංවිධායක කමිටුව හා සම්බන්ධ වන්න.

තරග ඉසව් හා සම්බන්ධ නීති රීති හා රෙගුලාසි

1. නිවේදන

• නිවේදන තරග අංශය සිංහල හා ඉංග්‍රිසි මාධ්‍ය ඔස්සේ කනිෂ්ඨ, අන්තර් මධ්‍යම, ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ යන වයස් කාණ්ඩයන් ඔස්සේ පැවැත්වේ.
• උක්ත සඳහන් තරග අංශයන් සඳහා අවශ්‍ය වන පිටපත් හා පත්‍රිකා තරගාවලිය ආරම්භ වීමට පෙර ඔබ වෙත සපයනු ලබයි.
• තරගය සඳහා පෙර සුදානම් වීමට අමතර මිනිත්තු 05 ක කාලයක් හිමි වේ.
• සිංහල හා ඉංග්‍රීසි මාධ්‍යයන් යටතේ ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ අංශය සඳහා පමණක් වෙන වෙනම සුපිරි දස දෙනාගේ වටයක් පවත්වනු ලබයි.

2. සංස්කරණය 

• සිංහල සහ ඉංග්‍රීසි මාධ්‍යයන් ඔස්සේ කනිෂ්ඨ හා අන්තර් මධ්‍යම මෙන්ම ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ යන වයස් කාණ්ඩයන් ඔස්සේ සංස්කරණ තරගය පැවැත්වේ.
• මෙම තරග අංශයට අදාල තරග පත්‍රිකාව එදින තරගය ආරම්භ වීමේදී අප විසින් ලබාදෙනු ලැබේ.
• සෑම ප්‍රශ්න පත්‍රයක් සඳහාම පැය 03 ක කාලයක් හිමි වේ.

3. හඬකැවීම 

• හඬකැවීම් ඉසව්ව සිංහල මාධ්‍යයෙන් කනිෂ්ඨ, අන්තර් මධ්‍යම හා ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ අංශයන් යටතේ පැවැත්වෙන අතර ඉංග්‍රීසි මාධ්‍යයෙන් විවෘත තරගයක් ලෙස පැවැත්වේ.
• ඒ සඳහා අවශ්‍ය තිර පිටපත් හා වීඩියෝ පට එදින උදෑසන තරගාවලිය ආරම්භ වීමට පෙර හා තරගාවලිය පැවැත්වෙන අවස්ථාවේ ලබා දෙනු ලැබේ.
• පෙර සූදානම සඳහා අමතර මිනිත්තු 05 ක කාලයක් හිමි වේ.

4. ක්‍රීඩා විස්තර විචාරය

• මෙම තරග අංශය සිංහල හා ඉංග්‍රීසි යන මාධ්‍ය ඔස්සේ පැවැත්වේ.
• මෙය විවෘත තරගයකි.
• තරගය සඳහා අවශ්‍ය වීඩියෝපට තරගාවලිය පැවැත්වෙන මොහොතේ ලබාදෙන අතර පෙර සූදානම් වීම සඳහා මිනිත්තු 05 ක් ලබා දෙනු ලැබේ.

5. ග්‍රාෆික නිර්මාණකරණය

• මෙය විවෘත තරගයක් වන අතර ඔබේ කැමත්ත පරිදි ඕනෑම මාධ්‍යයකින් (සිංහල හා ඉංග්‍රීසි) තරග කළ හැක.
• මෙහිදී ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ පාසල් මාධ්‍ය ඉතිහාසයේ ප්‍රථම වරට ප්‍රශ්න පත්‍රයකට මුහුණ දීමට සිදුවන අතර එය එදින උදෑසන ඔබ වෙත ලබාදෙනු ලැබේ.
• ප්‍රශ්න පත්‍රය සඳහා පැය 02 ක කාලයක් හිමි වේ.
• ප්‍රශ්න පත්‍රය සඳහා මුහුණ දෙන අතරතුර ජංගම දුරකතන භාවිතය තහනම් වේ.
• තවද එදින උදෑසන ඔබට ලබාදෙන මාතෘකාව යටතේ ග්‍රාෆික නිර්මාණයක් සිදු කළ යුතු අතර ලබාදෙන මාතෘකාවක් යටතේ එදින සිට 2023/11/15 වන දින මධ්‍යම රාත්‍රියට පෙර Google Drive වෙත උඩුගත කර එහි සබැදිය අපවෙත යොමු කරන්න.
• නිර්මාණ png හෝ jpeg ආකෘතියෙන් ඉදිරිපත් කල යුතු අතර යොදාගත් මෘදුකාංගයට අදාල ව්‍යාපෘති ගොනුවද (Project file) ඉදිරිපත් කල යුතුය. (උදා : PSD , AI , XCF ,)

6. තාක්ෂණීක අංශය

• මෙය විවෘත තරගයක් වන අතර ඔබේ කැමත්ත පරිදි ඕනෑම මාධ්‍යයකින් (සිංහල හා ඉංග්‍රීසි) තරග කළ හැක.
• මෙම තරග අංශයට අදාල ප්‍රශ්න පත්‍රය එදින තරගය ආරම්භ වීමේදී අප විසින් ලබාදෙනු ලැබේ.
• ප්‍රශ්න පත්‍රය සඳහා පැය 01 යි මිනිත්තු 20 ක කාලයක් හිමි වේ.
• තවද එදින ප්‍රායෝගික පරීක්ෂණයක් සඳහා මුහුණ දිය යුතු අතර ඒ සඳහා අවශ්‍ය උපාංග අප විසින් සපයනු ලැබේ.
• ගණක යන්ත්‍ර සහ ජංගම දුරකතන භාවිතා කිරීම තහනම් වේ.

7. ඡායාරූපකරණය

• මෙය විවෘත තරග අංශයක් වේ.
• මෙහිදී ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ පාසල් මාධ්‍ය ඉතිහාසයේ ප්‍රථම වරට ප්‍රශ්න පත්‍රයකට මුහුණ දීමට සිදුවන අතර එය එදින උදෑසන ඔබ වෙත ලබාදෙනු ලැබේ.
• ප්‍රශ්න පත්‍රය සඳහා මුහුණ දෙන අතරතුර ජංගම දුරකතන භාවිතය තහනම් වේ.
• මෙහිදී අප විසින් ලබාදෙන මාතෘකාවක් යටතේ එදින සිට 2023/11/15 වන දින මධ්‍යම රාත්‍රීයට පෙර ඡායාරූපය Google Drive වෙත උඩුගත කර එහි සබැඳිය අප වෙත යොමු කළ යුතු වේ.
• තවද කිසිදු ඡායාරූපයක් දිය සලකුණු (Water Mark) ඇතුළත් නොකළ යුතු අතර Color Grading කිරීම පමණක් සිදු කළ හැක.
• එහිදී ඡායාරූපයේ සංස්කරණය කළ පිටපත සහ මුල් පිටපත යන දෙකම ලබාදිය යුතු වේ.

8. කාටූන් චිත්‍ර නිර්මාණකරණය

• මෙය විවෘත තරගයක් වන අතර ඕනෑම මාධ්‍යයකින් තරග කළ හැක.
• මෙහිදී අප ලබා දෙන මාතෘකාවක් ඔස්සේ ඔබේ නිර්මාණ ඉදිරිපත් කළ යුතු වේ.
• තවද කාටූන් චිත්‍ර නිර්මාණය සඳහා අවශ්‍ය වන කඩදාසි සපයන අතර අනෙකුත්අවශ්‍ය ද්‍රව්‍ය ඔබ විසින් සපයාගත යුතු වේ.

• වර්ණ ගැන්වීම සඳහා ඕනෑම මාධ්‍යයක් භාවිතා කළ හැකි වේ.

9. පෝස්ටර් නිර්මාණකරණය

• මෙය විවෘත තරගයක් වන අතර ඕනෑම මාධ්‍යයකින් තරග කළ හැක.
• මෙහිදී අප ලබා දෙන මාතෘකාවක් ඔස්සේ ඔබේ නිර්මාණ ඉදිරිපත් කළ යුතු වේ.
• තවද පෝස්ටර් නිර්මාණය සඳහා අවශ්‍ය වන කඩදාසි සපයන අතර අනෙකුත්අවශ්‍ය ද්‍රව්‍ය ඔබ විසින් සපයාගත යුතු වේ.
• වර්ණ ගැන්වීම සඳහා ඕනෑම මාධ්‍යයක් භාවිතා කළ හැකි වේ.

10. කෙටි චිත්‍රපටය

• මෙය විවෘත තරග අංශයක් වේ.
• ඔබගේ කෙටි චිත්‍රපටය මිනිත්තු 5 ට වැඩි මිනිත්තු 15 ට නොවැඩි විය යුතුයි.
• කෙටි චිත්‍රපටයට ඕනෑම තේමාවක් යොදාගත හැකි අතර එය උචිත තේමාවක් වීමට වගබලා ගන්න.
• කෙටි චිත්‍රපටය සඳහා උපරිම තරගකරුවන් දස දෙනෙකුට සහභාගී විය හැකි අතර එය රංගන දායකත්වය හා නිර්මාණකරණයට අදාල වේ.
• වෙනත් නිර්මාණ වලින් උපුටා ගැනීම හා කතෘ අයිතීන් උල්ලංඝනය වන පරිදි නිර්මාණය කිරීම සපුරා තහනම් වන අතර එම නිර්මාණ තරගාවලියෙන් ඉවත් කරනු ලැබේ.
• ඔබේ නිර්මාණය 2023 /11/19 වන දින මධ්‍යම රාත්‍රියට පෙර Google Drive හි ගොනුවකට (Folder) උඩුගත කර එම ගොනුව ඔබේ පාසලේ නාමයෙන් නැවත නාමකරණය (Rename) කර ඔබගේ පාසලේ සම්බන්ධීකාරවරයා හරහා අප වෙත යොමුකරන්න.

11. කණ්ඩායම් තරගය

• මෙම තරග අංශය විවෘත තරග අංශයක් ලෙස පැවැත්වෙන අතර ඒ සඳහා තරගකරුවන් 10 දෙනෙකුට සහභාගී විය හැකිය.
• තරගාවලිය පැවැත්වෙන දිනයේදී ලබා දෙන මාතෘකාවට අනුව සජීවී ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමක් සිදු කළ යුතු ය.

12. විශේෂ තරගය

• මෙහිදී ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ පාසල් මාධ්‍ය ඉතිහාසයේ ප්‍රථම වරට ආදි පාසල් මාධ්‍ය සහෘදයන්වෙනුවෙන් විශේෂ තරග වටයක් සංවිධාන කර ඇත.
• මෙය කණ්ඩායම් තරග ඉසව්වක් ලෙස පැවැත්වෙන අතර මේ සඳහා 2021 හා 2022 (මෙවර) වර්ෂ වල ප්‍රථම වරට අ.පො.ස. උසස් පෙළ විභාගයට පෙනී සිටි මාධ්‍ය ඒකකයේ සාමජිකයින් හට මේ සදහා සහභාගී විය හැක.
• එක් පාසලක් නියෝජනය කරමින් තරගකරුවන් පස් දෙනෙකුට මේ සදහා සහභාගී විය හැක.
• තරගය ආරම්භ වීමට පෙර ඔබේ ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමට අදාල මාතෘකාව ලබා දීම සිදු කෙරේ.
• ඒ සඳහා සහභාගී වන තරගකරුවන් පාසලට උචිත පරිදි පැමිණිය යුතුය.

ඉහත නීති රීති හා රෙගුලාසි නිවැරදිව පිළිපදින ලෙස කාරුණිකව ඉල්ලා සිටින අතර එසේ නොපිළිපදින්නේ නම් එය ඔබේත් ඔබේ ගෞරවනීය පාසලෙත් කීර්තිනාමයට හානි වීමට හේතු වේ.

තරගයේ සියලුම නීති රීති ඉහත පරිදි බලපැවැත්වෙන බවත් ඒවා නොවෙනස් වන බවත් දන්වා සිටින අතර වැඩි දුර තොරතුරු සඳහා ඉහත සඳහන් කළ දුරකථන අංක ඔස්සේ සංවිධායක කමිටුව හා සම්බන්ධ වන්න.

 

All island Inter School Media Day Competition “Kunchanada ’23” Rules and Regulations

General information

All Island Inter School Media Day Competition ‘ Kunchanada ’23 ’ will be held on Sunday, 12th of November 2023  from 07.30 am to 5.00 pm at the premises of Maliyadeva College. This competition will be held in the following age groups.

1. Junior Category : Grade 6,7,8
2. Intermediate Category : Grade 9,10,11
3. Senior Category : Grade 12,13
4. Open Category : Grade 6 to 13

(The students who completed this year’s O/L exam will be included in the senior category)

• The School Registration regarding this event will be done online from 1^st of November 2023 to 6^th of November 2023. Visit our official website (mcmediaunit.com) and get your registration, if you wish to take part in “Kunchanada ’23”. (QR Code also can be used for your registration.)
• The Registration of the competitors will be done on the day of the competition itself from 7.00 am to 8.00 am at the college premises.
• The birthdays of all the contestants participating in the relevant competition must be after 31.01.2004 and the contestants in the senior category must provide their NIC to confirm their identity.
• Every Competitor must be in the relevant School Uniform.
• One contestant can participate in one competition category only. This Condition will not be applicable for group event and short film.
• Only 2 contestants from one school can participate in one age group.
• All competitions are conducted under the supervision of a Qualified panel of experts and the decision of the panel of judges is the final.
• It is mandatory to fill the form attached with this PDF and submit it to the organizing committee on the day of the competition.
• Lunch and refreshments should be provided by yourself and if needed, food will be available to be purchased in the school premises. (Pizza Hut, Taco Bell… etc.)
• Competitors participating in the competition should adhere the rules and regulations of your school as well as ours in order to fame the good name and reputation of the Alma Mater.
• All food parcels, wrappers brought by the contestants should be disposed to the relavant places in the college premises or else they should be taken home.
• Photography and graphic designs should be uploaded to Google Drive and send them to your coordinators before 12 midnight on 15^th November 2023, through the Google link we provided.

Rules and Regulations relating to Competitions

1. Announcing

• The Announcing Competition will be held both in Sinhala medium and English medium for the agegroup Junior, Inter-mediate and Senior.
• Scripts and papers required for the above mentioned competitions will be provided before startingof the Competition.
• An additional 10 minutes will be given for preparation.
• A top 10 round will only be limited for the senior category.

2. Editing

• Editing competition – Sinhala medium and English medium will be conducted for junior, intermediate and senior group.
• The Test Item related to this competition will be provided.
• The time allocated for each Paper is 03 hours.

3. Dubbing

• The Dubbing event will be held in Sinhala medium as usual under junior, intermediate and senior category and English medium will be held as open event.
• The Dubbing scripts and videos will be provided before the start of the competition.
• Additional 05 minutes will be given for preparation.

4. Sports Commentary

• This competition will be conducted in Sinhala medium and English medium.
• This is an Open Event.
• The videos required for the competition will be provided and 5 minutes will be given for preparation.

5. Graphic Design

• This is an open event that can be appeared in any medium. (Sinhala or` English)
• Those who take part in this event will have to sit for a Test Paper which will be introduced the first time in the history of school media in Sri Lanka and the relevant question paper will be given to you.
• Time duration for the paper is 02 hours.
• No electronic devices are allowed during the Test.
• Graphic design should be completed according to the given topic and it should be uploaded to Google Drive and send drive link to your coordinators before 12 midnight on 15th November 2023 and coordinators must submit it through the Google form we have provided.
• All the designed files should be presented in the form of PNG or JPEG. And also the project file must be submitted. (Eg: PSD, AI, XCF)

6. Technical Event

• This is an open event that can be appeared in any medium. (Sinhala or English)
• The Test Paper related to this competition will be given at the beginning of the competition.
• Time duration for the Test Paper is 1h 20min.
• A practical test also will be there and the necessary equipment will be provided.
• The use of calculators and mobile phones is strictly prohibited.

7. Photography

• This is an open event.
• Those who take part in this event will have to sit for a Test Paper which will be introduced for the first time in the history of school media in Sri Lanka and the relevant question paper will be given to you.
• Mobile phones cannot be used during the test.
• The photograph related to the topic we have given must me uploaded to the Google Drive and the link must be submitted to us before the midnight of 15^th of November 2023.
• Upload both original photo and RAW file to the Google Drive before midnight on 15/11/2023.
• You cannot include watermarks in the photographs but you are permitted to use color grading.

8. Cartoon Drawing

• This is an open event and can be contested in any medium.
• Designs have to be presented according to the topic given and the papers required for drawing will be provided and other necessary materials should be supplied by yourself.
• Any medium can be used for coloring.

9. Poster Drawing

• This is an open event and can be contested in any medium.
• Designs have to be presented according to the topic given and the papers required for drawing will be provided and other necessary materials should be supplied by yourself.
• Any medium can be used for coloring.

9. Short Film

• This is an open event.
• Short Film should be within 5 minutes and 15 minutes.
• Any appropriate theme can be selected for the films.
• The cast of the film should be limited to 10 characters (Including actors and designers)
• It should be an originally created product and strictly prohibited to extract from other resources.
• Upload your short film to a folder on Google Drive before midnight on 19/11/2023, rename the file with your school’s name and send it to us through your school’s coordinator.

10. Group Event

• This is an open Only 10 contestants can compete in this event.
• A live presentation should be made according to the topic given on the day of the

11. Special Event

• For the first time in the history of school media in Sri Lanka, a special round of competition has been organized on behalf of former school media members.
• This will be held as a group event and this event will be open for students who sat G.C.E. A/L in 2021 and 2022.
• Five contestants representing one school can participate in this.
• The topic of your presentation will be given before the event starts.
• Contestants must arrive with suitable manner.

It is kindly requested to follow the above rules and regulations correctly.
